Crystal has lived in Columbus, Indiana, her whole life and was able to tell us a lot about the area, neighborhoods, and market. We moved from out of state and had a short timeline, only were in town for a few days to look at homes, and she made sure she freed her schedule for us, so that we would see all the homes we sent her, and had her own insights based on our individual needs. We ended up closing on our house the first night of being in town! She is very flexible, professional, friendly, helpful, personable, dedicated- she went above and beyond for us and we are so happy in our home and grateful. She helped us get the locks changed while we were still out of state, kept us updated on the process (first-time homebuyers), stopped by after we moved in with a gift and information on an upcoming neighborhood event, and made sure we were settling in okay. Highly recommend Crystal!
